Why didn't the collectors take Ashley/Kaiden when their original reason to attack horizon was because s/he were stationed there?

Two members of the Normandy's crew (standing next to galaxy map) must have a hell of a lot to talk about, as they never seem to be doing any work.

Another two crew members in the mess are on the longest meal break in history!

One that's been bugging me.

Why so many completely different accents among the Quarians. Tali sounds eastern European,a s do a few others, Reeger sounds like a stereotypical American marine, and Morrigan adn Loghain, err 2 of the admirals, are brithsh..

Even taking into consideration growing up on different ships, they shouldn't be THAT different!

Is the new crewmember that appears for guarding Geth (before they become Legion) the same one that pilots the shuttle?

Where does he stay since we can't find him anywhere in the ship otherwise?

Has anyone counted the 24 permanent crew that EDI mentions when you check to see how many expendable people there are on-board?

Does anyone else think that the fact that Seth Green and Adam Baldwin supply the voices for some characters and the fact that any major character can die in the game (and still finish the game) suggests Joss Whedon had a hand in making ME2?

As we know Quarians use whatever scavenged bits of technology they can get their hands on, including the voice box in their suits, which interact with Shepards translators in funny ways.

The real reson? Bioware wanted to use all of their best minor voice actors for the only part of the game no one had a face.

When you rescue your crew, you only open a few collector pods, but somehow the remaining crew get out, hide and sneak back to the normandy without being seen.

How does Vido's gunship get away at the end of Zaeeds loyalty mission? What is the Normandy doing?

Staying up in space, like it should.

*Cue actual explanation*^_^

If you recall, the Normandy SR-2 is almost twice as big as the SR-1. It can only go near a planet if some mass effect field generators are already there to help guide it down. This usually only happens in civilised places, such as the Citadel/Ilium/Omega.

Basically, if the Normandy had even tried to help, it would have dropped like a sack of bricks soon after it entered the atmosphere.<_<

Why would you send Commander Shepard (someone that doesn't trust Cerberus) to retrieve sensitive data on Cerberus, when there is a possiblty of him either keeping it for himself or sending it to the Alliance.

But where was the gunship going? I assumed that it flew away into space (que Normandy) but i guess the other option is that it flew to a Blue Suns base on the planet, which the Normandy could have simply blown up from orbit (judging by the comments on Talis recruitment mission)

Why is it that you can have a full 3 minutes left before impact but a) can only killswitch one missile and B) the other impacts as soon as you decide regardless how much time is remaining?

how can the normandy continue to run without a crew if you take to long to save them from the collectors?

chakwas can't fill all of their positions, and your squad is terribly busy with completely non-essential tasks.

Unchained E.D.I. (isn't that a song?) is able to accomodate for most of the crew. Talk to Joker after they're all taken and she'll explain everything (finally... but still give no advice like the loading screen helpful hint says).

Joker's illness affects his arms and chest. How is he able to fire that gun? (And who's flying the ship if EDI says she can't do it without Joker?)

(And it's Unchained Melody. Honest mistake... honest.)

How is it that Shepard doesn't know that Cerberus is responsible for "saving" him before Jacob spills the beans when Shepard keeps finding Cerberus-labeled stuff in the station like "Cerberus Laptop" with Miranda's progress report on it?

Joker's illness only affects his legs. This is made very clear in the first game.
EDI -can- fly the ship without him; it's just that she thinks they do it better together.
