is TIM still going to just give us the hammerhead anyway even if we already beat the game with the destroy collector base ending (thus severing connections with TIM and Cerb)?

When Liara says "And he was going to sell your body to the collectors."

Why can't I say.

"Wait,wut?"

Joker's illness affects his arms and chest. How is he able to fire that gun? (And who's flying the ship if EDI says she can't do it without Joker?)
(And it's Unchained Melody. Honest mistake... honest.)

Joker's illness only affects his legs. This is made very clear in the first game.

"Ow! Watch the arm!" "I think I broke a rib or all of them." "What was I supposed to do? Break my arm at them?"

Yeah. Just his legs. Right...

And if you mean by clear that he simply mentions that flying doesn't require him to use his legs doesn't mean that flying requires him to exert himself with his arms, either, then yes. Otherwise, no.

The assumption would be you actually got the email and the arrangements were made before the suicide mission.

He's obviously just joking; in the first example, Shepard was pissed off and grabbed him -hard-. In the second, joking, and depending on how hard he actually hit himself, possibly actually broke a rib for reasons unrelated to his boneitis. Third, joking.
As someone said in another, very similar thread - more or less - "Joker is called Joker for a reason."

Flying clearly -does- require him to exert himself with his arms; typing with a condition like that would be an absolute ****, and he does quite a lot of typing.
And he fires a rifle.

Joker was obviously not in a joking mood in first and third examples. Also, read the codex. Typing involves nothing but moving fingers. It's a holographic interface and not a physical one. So... "clearly" clearly doesn't mean the same thing to you as it does to some others.

EDI has no access to the ships systems, but is somehow able to create a mass effect field and get the Normandy away from the collector ship.

She gets unchained... given access to the ship's systems... but yet, somehow unable to bring the engines back online herself.

Do you understand that it requires the movement of bone to move your fingers? Flex your hand, right now. Imagine doing that with every part of your hand having the strength of glass.
Joker jokes constantly. It's his way of dealing with things - this is also stated in the first game, specifically after they pick up Liara. Humor is a perfectly normal and common human reaction to stress.

Do you understand that flexing an arm or hand is not the same as shooting a rifle or a gun?

Also: Osteogenesis Imperfecta (aka Vrolik Syndrome) is never restricted to just one location. It affects all the bones.

This was before joker released the blocks. She doesn't get unchained until after IFF mission. The collector ship is before that.

Why does firing your pistol in a renegade interrupt not use any bullets?

Why is no one interested in buying my minerals?

Why does Mordin have a chipped horn?

Why can't I ask Miranda to feed the fish?

Why can't Garrus use the medical bay upgrade for his scars?

I'm pretty sure the med-bay upgrade isn't about fixing scars but for shielding his cybernetic implants.  It doesn't heals the scars it stop the implants from creating them.

You're right, it's not the same. It'd be much more difficult - all the more evidence to support it not affecting his upper body. In fact, the mere action of standing up - even with the leg braces - would suck pretty ****ing hard for his entire body, and he does this multiple times.
Nothing ever, in any interaction you have with Joker, or even that the player can see of Joker, suggests that his disease affects anything but his legs. If that's impossible by the standards of the disease, then that's an error on Bioware's part.

*sigh*

from 1:03. he says the disease affects only his legs. PERIOD. it doesn't matter if it's impossible, so is FTL space flight, kinetic barriers, and actually about 95% of what we see in ME games.

Actually, Vrolik's Syndrome only affects his legs.

Quote from Joker: 'Okay...I've got Vrolik's Syndrome; brittle bone disease. The bones in my legs never developed properly, they're basically hollow. Too much force and they'll shatter.'

Okay, and I want to know

* How is it Joker knew about Shep dating Kaiden/Ashely when he's so not a people person? WAS he really spying on you way back when? o.O

* I gather that TIM brought Shep back to save certain a certain large end-game item for him. Given how paragon my imported Shep was, why DIDN'T he set an implant in her? Did he really think Shep would hand it over?

All my other questions basically come down to, Sheesh, I hope being the merciful paragon to the rachni, the heretic geth, the krogans, etc. doesn't come back to bite me in the ***.
