Well, yes but she's still human. I mean why has no one added hanar tentacles to the backs of their arms. Or figured out how the turian's biometal exoskeleton is made and make a human compatible analog, if only to sell to pirates?
There's a lot of tech that isn't followed through on in mass effect.
We have mass effect guns and we can biologically generate mass effect fields? So why aren't there hand-held biotics amplifiers? Or mass driver guns that just work with the surrounding atmosphere?
And wait if there are cybernetics and machines that can use ME fields why aren't there completely artificial Biotics users? Or just biotic users that are enhanced with "implants" that take up a whole limb?

Why don't the Quarians find a dead moon and hollow it out to be a semi-mobile world ship? Can't have an allergic reaction to sterile rock.

Did the Genophage rewrite dead Krogan flesh? There has to be some dead warlord under some pile of rocks with untouched dna that could be used as reference to see where the genophage has worked it's magic and how to undo it.

Why so many completely different accents among the Quarians. Tali sounds eastern European,a s do a few others, Reeger sounds like a stereotypical American marine, and Morrigan adn Loghain, err 2 of the admirals, are brithsh..

Even taking into consideration growing up on different ships, they shouldn't be THAT different!

Claudia Black who does the voice for Morrigan is Austrialian.

Also the Quarrians probably have different accents due to them all coming from one world and living on ships. Think about how many accents there would be on the same ship if it housed people from Earth.

Considering Shep broke Jack out of prison expressly for the mission and that Jack has been used her entire life either for her body, her powers or both -- Isn't sleeping with such an emotionally fragile person a really, really bad idea?

Well, when you do have sex with her, she stops talking to you.  When you go through the paragon romance where you get her to open up to you and earn her trust piece by piece, the culmination is a little light making out followed by cuddling.

This is what Joker says in the first game, but osteogenesis imperfecta or Vrolik's Syndrome is a real world genetic disorder. The severity varies from individual to individual but in all cases it effects the formation of all bones in the body and makes them prone to fracture. Since he complains at various points about breaking other bones (arms and ribs), they seemed to have properly retconned the nature of his illness between games.

Not that I agree with Cerberus, but in light of what Mordin's assistant was up to, can we really trust that the STG aren't cooking up a final solution for the "human problem"?

Depends on how you do it. if you say it's just about the sex then it's what Jack's come to expect from other people and you'll do the mission and she'll take off, probably stealing something along the way. If you just get to know her it opens a place she'd shut down since the only other person that genuinely cared for her died.

It wouldn't surprise me it all the black ops organizations of the galaxy don't have plans like that at least in their archives.

You can't tell me Aria didn't know they were coming and since she suspected there was an Ardat-Yakshi in town she probably figured one of two things, both being true, that Samara was there for information and Shepard wouldn't let her bring fire down on her. 

Plus, she probably figures she's got enough people to overpower even Shepard and Samara.

Aria's a little confident after all.
