I'm experiencing an apparent bug: when i steal, i get the "stealing success" note directly above the character from whom i've stolen, but i no longer receive the notification in the bottom left of the screen saying "item received", and when i check my inventory, there is no new item subsequent to a successful steal.

This seems to be a problem only when an item is stolen; i still receive money, when that is what gets stolen.

Help...?

Known, also as an update, The Dog will sometimes find an item and not give you it while other times it does.

*Is* it "known"?  Has a dev somewhere acknowledged the problem? Ive seen lots of posts about the problem, but haven't seen any acknowledgment yet. Until I see that, I think there should be as many posts as possible on it, as the situation is really unfortunate.
