I hate to be the metaphorical fly in the ointment here, Lilith, but randumb vanguard has a point. You're letting yourself get too worked up. It's bad that your pictures were used in an unexpected and undesirable way, and I'm not condoning anything... but it's also pretty unlikely your complaint would hold up in court if you were serious about pursuing this. Please do not take my comments as an attack, but... you tend to present yourself in a way that doesn't make his pic reaction that surprising... and some of the things you write could just as easily get you banned, were anyone interested enough in rallying others to make that possible. I'm no lawyer or trial expert, but I don't see what kind of complaint you can launch when there was no slander, libel, or profit here. It might be libel or slander if you represented yourself differently, but fact is... you often refer to yourself as a domina type and have used black widows as a sort of calling card before.



If the PM content he posted above is true, then just ask him for an apology and not to post up any such similar pics again... then move on, and I guess don't post any new pics publicly. Just my two cents of unrequested advice... which I'm aware is usually worth nothing. (Unsolicited advice is rarely appreciated.)

But the thing is you do. I posted everything. I have nothing to hide.
Not to mention the image was so vastly edited you wouldn't even know who it was

the art is in this post  near the bottom, basically I took a photo she posted on the forums and turned it in to pop art  

I think it turn out quite nice.  

And I'm not taking it off the flickr server because I sure I didn't violate copy right. If she wan't to contact Yahoo and clam that she is the copyright holder, I'd be interested to see how it turns out.

Lilith, i agree with Seagloom, some pictures you posted yourself and the content of the majority of your posts are much more risqué, or even explicit than what was posted. I also don't intend to attack you, we are friends after all. But... i too, think you're overreacting a little.

Honestly Volus Biotic, please take it down from flickr and remove it from those posts. It obviously offends her either way. I'm asking you nicely to be a decent human being and remove it. If you're sure she's wrong, fine. You're entitled to feel how you feel. I just think it would be better if you took it down, we all took a step back, breathed and moved on to being a happy little community.

I won't post it anymore out of being polite, but I'm also not taking it down the one I already posted because if I did people will think the worst of me. They need to see it to judge fairly. And I will also post a screen cap of what I PM'd Her.

Yes, I consider this a mostly happy community. Maybe because I'm used to cesspools like GameFAQs or 1up... but a spat here or there is nothing compared to the sheer mind boggling idiocy I witness elsewhere.
