hisup, so, i have a problem where i do not have enough space on my C drive to fit all my saves, i have other drives with TONS of space but i see no way at all to change where the games save to.....
is there a way that i am not seeing or am i stuck with having to swap out files for characters?

Move your documents to your other drive.
In windows, right click on "My documents", under the adress field there should be a button "move" or something like that. That should move everything including your savegames. New savegames will go in your new folder.

As the poster above said, Windows has a built in function to move your Documents folder - the easiest way to do it is to use that function.
For more advanced methods you can create a symbolic link and manually move the files - this would only be advisable if you truly wish to keep your documents on C for whatever reason. Do a search on MS KB for mklink or junction (Vista and 7 do not have mklink I believe, but you can download and use a free util from MS called junction [used to be a SysInternals utility, but MS bought them out and now offers the utilities they had on the MS DL site)

Most people don't, Microsoft doesn't really tout it as a feature. It has been around since Windows XP though.
I use it all of the time if I have space problems on the main drive, I always have multiple large secondary drives so its convenient to move the docs over
