My party is in the DLC Warden's Keep. We struck a deal with Sophia and killed Avernus. We've rejoined Sophia, and she says she's ready to close the Veil, but nothing happens. She just stands there, with a quest arrow over her head. No monsters appear. I can't even speak with her. How do I get this show on the road? Thanks!

Return to the room with the tear in the Veil. I think that is what did it for me.

I was in that room when Sophia froze. Tried restarting from an earlier save, and got stuck in an endless loop... "This one remembers our deal, follow me... This one remembers our deal, follow me..." Had to shut down my computer. Replayed the entire Warden's Keep DLC, killed Sophia, let Avernus close the Veil, then killed him. Whew! Nice Warden Commander gear for Alistair.
