IS there one? and if so is there one for XBL?? I ask because after mulytiple playthroughs of ME1 and ME2 being a recovering WoW addict (LoL) i need more of a fantasy real rpg not shooter rpg, but i would like to have a short demo to play to see if i can put down some cash on it or if i should wait. Also if anyone has any feedback that could encourage me to grab it or not to i would appreciate it.

i never heard of a DA:O demo.



wanting to buy it depends on your prefered playing style. this is a stratigy fantasy game. it has a deep story but also alot of dialog.

i never played ME before but they say the 2 games are very different.

Its worth getting. But my advice is don't get any DLC stuff, its not worth it. But the main game is a good rpg and you get a lot of play time out of it, its one of the longest and most in depth rpgs to come out in some time.

and I am no fan boy either

Yea i heard that the two games are very diff. The funny thing is that i would really never buy a game like ME but i was quitting WoW awhile back and needed something to feed my appitight for Rpgs and i found ME on the XBL for download for only 20 bucks so i said what the heck. Dragon age is something that appeals to me more i enjoy fantasy more than scify. But i ended up buying ME2 becuase im a story crackhead lol.

IMO I love both games for similar reasons DA:O is one awesome game, I say go for it and support a developer that makes good games.

In my opinion, if you like story and liked ME1 and ME2, you will love Dragon Age.

if you wanna see a truely awesome youtube movie on DA:O look for sacred ashes, its a promotional movie.

you could also try to look for promotional movies about the origins and companions.
