So what is this guy a DLC beta tester or something?

Don't beta testers sign non-disclosure agreements? Shouldn't this guy have 50 EA lawyers drop kicking him right about now?

I dunno if this is authentic or not, nor for that matter do I know why I'm up already, but in any case MS owes EA a lot of money from all of their free DLC messups.

I doubt EA would trouble themselves to sue a joe schmoe. It's not like they'll get much money if any out of him, most likely lol...

Major companies like EA don't sue your average Joe Schmoe to get money out of them.  They do it so the rest of us Joe Schmoes will look at him and think "Sh*t!  That dude is gonna be drinking tap water and eating baloney sandwiches for the rest of his freaking life after the court costs.  And for what?  A game ... screw that.  I ain't even going to roll my eyes at EA."

Although the fact that it's only one guy saying it makes me think it's made up.  You'd expect more people to have caught it if it was a DLC screwup.  But who knows.  Guess we'll find out in due time.

Maybe, but I still don't think they'd waste time doing it. Probably easier to just let it go. Anyway, from all the pictures and videos I've seen, there's almost no way it's not authentic.
