I think the glasses may be Bioware saying, "hey we can add stuff to outfits too :whistle:" instead of the alternate color schemes that some people complained about.

someone posted he could possible be someone with access to "PartnerNet". That would explain how he got access to the ME2 DLC and the Conviction demo way early.

Well, that explains it. XBox 360 gets free stuff ahead of time over the PC, as long as you can figure out what or when Microsoft's show of incompetence will occur.

On the other hand, we already get to know about the upcoming free and paid DLC. It looks like they really do take weeks to test something.

Its likely DaMole1 is either a QA tester for XBL or he is one sneaky hacker with a modded 360 that goes beyond simply playing bootleg games. I'm thinking hes the former though I am curious as to how he came into possession of the ME2 DLC so early. Like Ecael said, I guess this really is how long it takes for Microsoft's approval process =/

Well, speaking as someone who has done QA for 3D graphics and textures, I can say that it can really take a long time.  It'd be pretty bad if there were a giant seam running down the characters' backsides, or if some polygons got left behind when the character stretched their left arm or something.

Journalists and devs have separate accounts for promo builds. All you have to do is have access to one, which has nothing to do with PC or 360. ANY 360 or GFWL DLC, code or otherwise has to be approved by M$ which means weeks of compatibility testing.

Just a lil update
The guy who posted said he's encoding mission 2 from the firewalker pack now.Also said that Shep does get out of the Hammerhead in some missions.
