Well to settle matters all he need do is to record Shepard running into the Gun Battery and showing us Garrus in the new outfit. THAT is not something out in a trailer. And if that is shown then we'd have to say the rest is.

I never used her because she was a half naked girl that was bald and covered in tattoos. Plus, she's useless compared to Samara. Assault Rifles > Shotguns

I highly doubt BW would take the time and effort to sue him or something. He's just your average joe, what are they going to get out of him lol?
