OP, discussing pirating on these forums is against ToS.
It doesn't matter if it's a game, movie, music, book, etc. If it's not under public domain and you're downloading it for free or whatever, you're pirating it.

There is no place to download it. There is your short answer, Macgruber. There is a chance The Calling is available on Kindle, but I'm uncertain of that and it's probably not what you meant by downloading it either. Your only shot is ordering a physical copy online or tracking one down in your area. Maybe you can ask your bookstore to special order you a copy? Some shops do that.
