I have a couple basic questions about the DLC that's available.
1) I purchased the retail Collector's Edition. In it are a variety of coupon codes for certain DLC's. But *NOT*, apparently, the Warden's Keep. Is that correct? Some of the Help prompts i've seen say that the code is included in "certain" versions of the game. IMO the retail CE, at the price they charge, should include it. The included Stone Prisoner may or may not interest me later in the game, but the Keep sure does. I can *BUY* it of course (and that's a subject for a different post: I already paid you a lot of money. You're asking me to pay MORE for in-game content tied to the game itself?!?! That's chutzpah.)
2) Once I redeem a coupon code, what happens if my PC crashes and the HDD fries? Do I lose the right to the DLC, or can I download it again once I've recovered?
TY.

1) The retail CE doesn't come with Warden's Keep -only the digital CE has WK included.
2) Your DLC is bound to your social account, so you should be fine as long as you don't forget your login...though that, of course, also means you won't be able to resell any of the DLCs.

Thank you.
Does the digital CE *also* have the Stone Prisoner, or does it have the Warden's Keep *instead* of it?
OK, so if I have to start with a fresh install on a new HDD or similar, I *can* still download that content, correct?
And pardon what may be an obvious question, but why would I want to resell any of the DLC's ??

yeah, your downloading it off the server which youve alrady put your codes in, so your codes are one use only but for an account.

Well, thanks for the reply, but your answer confuses me.
Yeah, I know my codes and records are stored here in my account. What I want to specifically know, is if I can download the files more than once, assuming I had to replace a crashed HDD, and on which I had the original downloads.
Also, can anyone answer my other question, or at least give me a link where it's clearly explained which packages had which DLC coupons.
Thank you.

And sure enough, I had a HDD crash 2 days ago. Managed to recover enough to get back online, but have bought a new drive and will be reformatting as I figured. AND reinstalling DAO.
So, one more time, and this time maybe someone from Bioware can answer:
ONCE I HAVE A DLC SHOWING IN THIS ACCOUNT, AND THEREFORE THE CODE TO ACTIVATE IT WILL BE NO GOOD, CAN I DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN ON MY NEW INSTALL????
