 Recently I downloaded some mods ( DAO-Redesigned, more hair styles, Pineapple'sVC and Shale HD) and decided to start a new character, but whenever I try to write its name the game stops, I can still move the mouse but i can't click on anything... I even tried loggin out, using the runscript chargen cheat and deleting the mods.... Is there any solution to my problem?

You are in the wrong forum. There are several for discussing mods and modded games, starting with this one:

The same thing can happen via careless use of the Toolset.  Reinstall without any mods, and verify it doesn't work, if you plan to ask in here about the basic Original Campaign, and include the usual, normal, rundown of components and OS Environment.

It's not about the mod, its about i not being able to create a new char even with a clean install

Ok just discovered it happens not only at the char creation, it happens also while playing after a conversation with teagan and isolde at redcliff, probably it happens other times

I think i kinda solved the problem... maybe... it's more like a work around... i just need to press enter whenever it stops... its boring but it keeps the game running
