So as everyone probably knows by now there is a new character for dlc. My question is there are only a certain amount of slots for squad mates. If i choose this character does that mean i dont talk to zaeed or not activate grunt or do we get them all?
New character dlc replaces old character?

Should open up a new slot for Kasumi. None of the squad mates will be replaced.

No, there's an empty spot on the squad screen to Jack's right, same as how before Zaeed, there was an empty spot on the far left. Doesn't replace anything.

No i don't believe it replaces anyone - the original vision was for a 'dirty dozen' of team mates. With Kasumi it will be 12 team mates. Unless the current 11+Shep makes the dirty dozen. Either way I am pretty sure they wouldn't make a DLC that negates existing content.
