For the longest time I've been trying to get my profile page to acknowledge the existence of my character in some way. However, recently I've been doing it in earnest and FINALLY made some headway, and I'd like to share my advice in hopes that it helps someone else as well. I searched the forums and read a lot of the advice, so that helped to and I wasn't flying blind. As of this typing, my character still isn't listed anyone but profile diagnostics and I can't use his portrait as my avatar, but I'm hoping that is a matter of simply waiting.

Anyways, I found that deleting all my screenshots on the website under "Manage Screenshots:" solved the problem half way. It was just a matter of making some room for the character files. Once I deleted all the screenshots (they weren't loading on the site anyways, and most of them where for no longer exiting characters) my character was instantly added to the profile diagnostics after I loaded up a manual save in game and then resaved. No equipment fiddling was necessary.

However, while he was finally listed, there were two error codes, 1004 and 1003. Now, since I finished the game, I loaded up the special save it makes to allow you to play DLC and go back to camp, and then resaved that as a seperate save. This uploaded the rest of the files and removed the error codes.

As I said, I'm hoping that now it's only a matter of time before the server syncs and finds my toon for various reasons.

If this suggestion has been made somewhere else by someone else, then I don't take credit for this. I got the idea when someone pointed out in their own thread about file space. Basically, first of all make sure there is room for your toon to update, and then load a save with the most progress and then resave it to a seperate, fresh save.

Edit: Snoteye is the person who pointing me to a thread I believe he created that helped solve my upload issue, at least partially, and I wanted to make sure he got credit.

Edit: It did indeed take a while for the site to sync or be updated or whichever. Once that happened, my existing characters avatar became a choice for my forum avatar and he showed up in the "Manage Charcters" screen. The odd thing is, so did everyone else that i since deleted. I was thus finally able to delete them from the profile diagnostics screen and save up some file space. Not sure why they suddenly appeared after all this time, but i'm glad i got rid of their unneeded data. Remember, i deleted all my screenshots both in game and online. I freed up a lot of room, and apparently that was what was blocking character data for all my characters. I suggest disabling the upload of screen shot (well don't let the game do it automatically).
