I have this error for over 3 months, is there any way to fix it?
 Error
Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage.
My
game is totally legal.
NOT share my bioware account ... ever.
And I
only have one account.
My game is in Spanish, but my bioware account
of this in English, even so I still get the same error.
My game is
pc.
Is there any way to fix it?

Try making a manual save within the game? It won't upload data from quicksaves or auto-saves, only the saves you create and name yourself.

I saved many files of the game, I think about 12 characters created and 10 reaching the end of the game.

Now I always put

Connection error



Honestly I think it is a problem in the servers bioware

Oh, hey, you're Spanish. Also look at 2.3. What does your diagnostics page tell you?
