The first video actually isn't triple Engineers, (threw Tali in the vents,) but when I upload the other two, I'll post the links here.

Part One

Part Two

Part Three http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fv4Y0s4tkCs

Essentially, trying to show off the strength of an engineer (disclaimer: I do use a bonus power) without having to rely on combos like pull/warp, or the overpowered Reave ability, while keeping a decent pace (no use of combat-pausing) and refusing to die.

Enjoy.

I've always liked the Engineer, but I just can't get into a caster class. I've neve been able to do it in any game ever: Baldur's Gate 2, World of Warcraft, Diablo 2, Oblivion, and on it goes. I always play caster classes.

That's just my personal preference though. I'm glad people are making these videos and representing the Engineer class. Keep up the good work.

caster classes are INSANELY FUN if you have a mouse that has several inputs on it like I do. I have a 4 directional mouse wheel and two extra buttons, I throw powers on all 6 of those, one on the middle button, and then I just put my 8th on tilde. The key to hotkeys is to not put them on the number keys on the keyboard because honestly it cramps my hand and it makes multitasking difficult because you have to give up movement to be able to do the fun cool **** in the game.

in me1 you have to do a little legwork to bind stuff to the mouse wheel and other such keys but when you do it becomes fun to play that way.  I throw lift on mousedown and throw on mouseup, which is actually a fun motion to do with your finger on a game-interface level, and just adds to the badassery fun of the game.  (soldier is probably boring on that though, since most of what you can throw on are just ammo types)

Engineers can bully the hell out of a lone YMIR Mech by spamming its combat drone.

Just makes the game way too easy.

It's already easy enough, or not difficult enough. Same thing.

I need to try that some time. That looks fun. Why isn't Legion using the Widow though?

Simply put: I was too lazy to pull materials from planets for a number of upgrades.

Awesome vid. Do you keep squad power usage on? If not, do you just hot key all squad powers? Just curious about the mechanics of the PC version.

BTW - this reminds me of bringing Legion on Tali's loyalty mission. My Shep was a Sentinel, but still, even just double tech was pure awesomeness. I'm about to return the favor and bring Tali on Legion's loyalty too, just so we can come home and have them get in a spat. They get along expertly on the battlefield though.

Download gibbeds save game editor and award yourself all the resources you need, I dont consider this cheating because gathering resources sucks and is not remotely fun or challenging in any way.  Im sure most would agree.  After watching your videos its making me wanna try engineer again, good god I play this game too much.

I don't have squad power usage on. I simply tell them to attack a target, and they will automatically use an ability on it if their cooldowns are up. Useage in this manner is kind of tricky when it comes to characters that have multiple methods of attack. I like using Throw on unshielded enemies rather than Warp, but Thane will very rarely use Throw over Warp, same goes for characters like Samara and Zaeed (doesn't concussive when I want, and instead will Inferno grenade.) Because of this, I usually spec a character strongly for one active ability only, but since Bonus Powers on squadmates always have at least a single point (which is stupid) it can't be helped a lot of the time.

As far as Minerals go.
I don't really "need" upgrades to complete the game, it just makes things a bit more fun. But what I find 'more' fun, is working a character up from nothing. I'm ethically against pulling other people's save files, even if they haven't "done" anything yet. /shrug.
Different strokes for different Shepards.
