How's life treating me? It freaking sucks right now. 6 weeks ago I found out my younger sister has stage IV (worst stage) cancer and has about 5 years to live. One of my good church friends, a 37 year old mother of 3 young kids diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December, and someone I grew up with, almost died from pneumonia. Then I found out I'll probably need knee surgery. However, the military doctor has taken 2 WEEKS just to order the MRI. >.< 10 days ago I visited the ER because my doc thought I might have a blood clot in my leg. Thankfully, none there. Last Sunday, my 11 month old puppy escaped out our back door, and gleefully ran down the block. My son tried to get him out of the street, but a speeding car hit our puppy. The driver never slowed down or stopped. My puppy died about 2 minutes later.



I'm not waiting for the other shoe to drop, I'm waiting for the entire Imelda Marcos shoe collection to drop.
