Hello!

I am behind on the patches and just upgraded for the first time with the newest patch but I noticed that in1.01 the notes said that easy mode is 'easier'.

I am currently playing on easy mode and it's the perfect difficulty for me but I wouldn't want it any easier. My question is just how easy is the 'easier' easy mode?

Casual is a bit more difficult than ME1, it probably takes it back to the same level as the previous game.

In the mean time, prepare for a bunch of remarks from people who think the difficulty they play on contributes to their self worth.

Its pretty easy, in ME2 its more about your skill with aiming so if have good hand eye coordination you should be fine on normal, I did my first play through on normal and found it to be challenging yet rewarding, as AI is a bit smarter in normal when compared with easy.

Normal was way to easy for me (didn't even die once). Hardcore on the other hand I die often. Have yet to play insanity yet though.

Easy seemed harder than in the first, but it wasn't overly difficult either. I think that veteran offers, a good challenge, but it's all about what you like. I play veteran for RPing reasons. It makes Shep seem like he/she is powerful, and rightfully so, but not godly.

I play on insanity now, always play my games on normal first run through except hack and slashers I put those are the hardest difficulty from the get go.
