I love parking on a Geth Colossus with a Mako before jumping out and shooting it!!

I must say that I miss the linear mako missions in Me2. The mako itself was kind of hard to use in battle... and I don't miss roving over planets till the end of time (parlty my fault as I had to go to everything on the map... call it compulsion)... but damn it was fun running geth over. My fave was obviously parking on a colossus before hopping out and shooting the colossus in the face as it struggled to get the mako off it's back.
And I enjoy the elevator rides big time over load screens. (all but the elevator in the normandy... too long and boring.)
ME2 is a better game... but I must say that ME1 is no slouch. Prob my second fave game.

One of my favorite ME 1 kills was using the Mako to push an armature into the lava on Therum. Of course then there is insanity where some mercenary grunt survives 3 150mm mass driver rounds to the chest.
Only 3? When they hit immunity you can punt them up mountains with the Mako's main gun. I've put more than 6 rounds into them before they dissapear over the horizon and I have to chase after them.

lol, I know. during one ambush I put about 20 rounds in a Mercenary Krogan because he kept using immunity and regenerating. I could get it to where I could bounce him by shooting the ground before he landed. He would shoot straight up about 150 feet in the air. He eventually died when he hit the ground... about 15 times. Fall damage was ridiculous in ME.

After three I got out, hit him with warp and gunned him down with my shotty. I didn't feel like playing mercenary golf.
