In ME1 there are numerous story related npcs that you can either let live or kill.  The asari on Ferros who was a thrall for the Thorian for example.

If you let them live then you often run into them over the course of the game.

Yet not once does a friend/associate/relative or hired gun come after you in their name in ME2.

Just once I'd like to have someone come after me because I let a lot of colonists on Ferros die, or etc.

Yeah, you were a spectre and yeah it's been two years and yeah you've been ''dead''.  But word does get around that you're back over the course of the game.  People do obsesss over revenge and sometimes can't let it go.  Even if it's suicide by Shephard.  There are crazies out there irl why not this game?

It would've been interesting if at least ONE person came after Shep.

Seems kinda weak. Like the whole galaxy was like ''meh, what happened to who now?"

It would have been interesting if they did that. Honestly, Toombs threatens you with the merc band he started, I would have liked to have to confront him about it. Charm/Intimidate my way through his thick skull or just kill him and all of his compatriots.

Right, Toombs would be great especially for people with the Akuze background.

I was also disappointed that the E-Mail you receive from one of the escaped prisoners turned out to be an empty threat... the one going on about something like "thanks for getting me out, but since you also took a shot at me, I'm gonna have to kill you."... I was waiting for that guy to show up for the entire game, but nothing... :(

Yeah.  There were alot of emails that I thought were going to transfer into missions.  Same with news broadcasts.  Remember the L2 biotic extremists, out for reparations?  You had to save that one gov't official.  That was gotten from a news broadcast in an elevator, at least for me.  I thought they would do something similar in ME2 what with the number of stories that you are told, but they didn't.

This is after people find out your alive.

I agree it would have been cool to confront toombs and his squad, it would have been interesting for anyone with the sole survivor background.

A little disappointing that a majority of the choices made in ME1 only resulted in an e-mail in ME2 with no effect or interaction.

This.

It was a bloody epic set-up, and absolutely nothing came of it.
Hopefully something happens in ME:3, but I doubt it.

Hopefully in ME 3 you will get some run-ins with the old NPC's I think it would be interesting to say the least, but because they don't have four years to make the game I'm not going to put my money on it.

Maybe they're saving all those loose ends for another DLC. We have like two years.

Maybe dlc...maybe. I would've preferred less random blue sun/eclipse N7 missions and more stuff like the prisoner from Purgatory.

Yeah, I was expecting something to come of this myself.  I wanted to tell EDI to datamine news reports for a murder victim with "SHEPARD" carved into them.

i would only like it if i was able to side with him and systematically murder everyone in cerberus together.

I thought it would have been interesting if the Merc on Pragia was Toombs instead of that blood pack guy.
