As a fairly new member of the Bioware forums, how come after registering my details here, I can only post new topics in certain sections, and in other sections "I do not meet the requirements" to post a new topic? (ie when discussing about Mass Effect 2 and certain situaitons in the game..) how can I post my topics any section I choose? Do I have to upgrade my account?
Can anyone help?
