Nope. Apparently, your warden is going to be too busy.

As opposed to last time. You were just defeating the arch demon. No big deal.

Apparently, The warden is busy with work...but ironic for one things.

In Origins, even fifth blight begin, you have to reunited country against darkspawn....yet you do have time for romance...

The real reason is that the bean counters didn't allocate to the developers sufficient resources to add in romances during the time they had to complete the expansion. The line about the Warden being too busy is just an attempt to rationalize the decision with an in-game explanation. It could have been done had they been assigned enough resources. Just look at HotU.

Thats the problem really - the reasons that the developers are giving , really are insulting to fans who enjoy some level of continuity in our games - another example is telling us that dog isn't available becasue he is busy doing other things - like what - continiuing Mabari Dominance on his own all over ferelden?

Yeah good thing,  that there was nothing going in DA:Origins, so he/she had ample time to f*** around (literally). :D

I still don't want to get over Dog. I mean it wouldn't take a lot of extra effort to put him in would it? They would have been better off saying he died from Darkspawn blood from the final battle or something.

Excuses excuses :(

Haha, I'm shocked people are still asking if romances are in the expansion. xD It's old news now.

I don't call taping every chick during each of your job a romance.More like Ballad of the gay Warden.

They won't be, looks like we can just hope they bring some of the characters -aka Sigrun for me- into the next game as romances. :)

They are not done with this set of Dragon Age characters, I imagine. We must suffer with a lack of romance as did the Mass Effect 2 players who stayed loyal to the first games love interests. Patience is a virtue friends...

No romances in awakenings, they want to be more focused on the mission at hand and the new threat to whatchamacallit, check the faqs man!

One of my KOTOR characters is still waiting for the talk Juhani said we would have after defeating Malak.

Haha, well I don't see them outsourcing DA or ME to a third party.

It's obvious that's only the writing-reason.

BOOOOOO@ no romances!!! Well hopefully if there is a 3rd DA title in the works they add them back there, they just add so much more to the story, and yes continuity sure would be nice.

Do they even mention Alistair and the previous Warden if you wed?
