After playing for short time, strange things starts to happen. Massive flickering or strange colored/textured or black polygons appear. Sometimes it only damage models, sometimes it obscures part of scene and sometimes it fills whole scene.

While I might choose to look at the sample you linked to, the fact of the matter is that you've written a classic description of "graphics artifacts" that are associated with one of two things: a severely overheated video card, or a damaged / defective video card (from running hot too long, perhaps). 

You either need a new fan on the card, or blow out the fan's dust-jammed heat sink with compressed air.  While you have the case opened up, blow out all dust bunnies inside, such as in the CPU's cooler, and especially clear out the air flow vents (this all is presupposing that the video card hasn't been damaged already).

Yep, artifacts. Overheating or defective card. If it only happens after a little while almost certainly overheating.
