Think of it this way, guys... If it is the 560 MS points, that's $7? For an hour and a half of game, new character, new gun, potentially new casual outfit, etc... That's less than a movie ticket (half of an IMAX/3D one where I live,) and aren't most movies around 90 minutes? And, once you leave the theater, that's it, it's over. No option to rewatch the movie, without paying full price again... Seems like a fair amount of $ in trade for the time you get. And, the nicest part? No one's forcing you to buy it.
$7 for me = 1 month of subscription to an MMO I play. I don't watch movies in theaters. Thus, if I'm going to buy something like this, it must either A.) Be very entertaining, to make up for it's short length, or B.) Be of decent length and a 'meh, it's okay' on the entertainment scale.

See, now, in that situation, I can understand where you're coming from. This DLC might NOT be for everyone, the price may NOT be worth it for everyone, and it's not as though there's something wrong or bad about that. Whether or not to buy it is something everyone will have to decide, and they have that freedom to choose.
What bothers me are the folks who think that they somehow 'deserve' those add-ons for free, despite the time and effort that really does go into 3D modelling/design (I've done a bit of it, amateur, myself, and yeah, super time-suck). I'd have paid the same price for ME2 that I did without ANY expected DLC, so the rest to me is just gravy, and I can decide whether or not to pay for it. It's not as though the game I've already played is somehow LESS for not having an add-on...
I guess the DLC is like the $12 popcorn and soda to my movie, but again, that's just me...
