Zaed was for free... so I understand why he is a lower quality character...

I'm not saying that I don't look forward, I bet the loyalty mission alone will be worth it - however, the no dialogue option will relegate Kasumi to the same fate Zaeed has in my ME2 playthroughs - I just don't use him, at all.
I guess I'm the only one then who thinks that listening to Zaeed is far more entertaining that to most other NPCs with their fancy dialogue wheel. And don't get me started on the actual combat missions.
I find it kinda refreshing that he doesn't want to poked regarding his emotional baggage like all the others.
If Kasumi is as eloquent as Zaeed and her mission is well designed, than I'm pretty sure it should be worth the purchase.

Why are we complaining about paying for this DLC???
She's already better than Zaheed... he came with a trash compactor and survailance monitor in his room. >_>.

yes it would be nice to have another DLC character that isnt just a stand in like zaeed.. Don't get me wrong he's a badass character and all but i feel no real sense of connection with him i mean you cant have actual conversations with him all you can do is stand and listen it doesn't zoom in and there is no relationship for fem sheps far as i've heard o.O lolGenkiZer0 wrote...
Yeah, I thought about that too... Than I thought... Hmmmm Tali's hotter sister w/o mask. i hope there's a hook up in this plz.

Relationships are trivial, and just because his conversations are one sided, doesn't mean you can't get anything from them. He has a lot, certainly more than Garrus does for this game. He's certainly provided a lot of help with fire control.
Sad that people overlook him because of the lack of a wheel. If anything, the rumor on the chop block out here is that Kasumi is going to be very similar. I'm waiting to see the dozens of reaction topics filled with many people who can't type properly crying about it, this forum, Gamefaqs, and other places I luerk around. No offense intended, but I kinda want to see it just so I have something to laugh at, like Helmet toggle or everyone complaining about relationships (really becoming a nuisance).

Its all very simple. If you want it, get it (and pay for it if required). If you are not happy that something is not to you liking or that you have to pay for it, then don't get it.

I think people should be glad that Bioware is actually continuing to release DLCs to the public. Be it free or not. It takes time and resources to actually develop new content for an existing game. In the past, game developers would develop a game, sell it to the masses and that was the end of it.

I would prefer Kasumi be apart of the Cerberus Network, just like Zaeed was. Anything else after that, however, I'm open to. Just seems a bit uncomfortable to have 11 of 12 characters made available for new-purchase customers yet keep that one character dangling out of reach unless they pay for her. That's naturally just MY opinion. The game is still amazing with or without her.

Thats most likely exactly WHY the last sqaud member is paid DLC.

Trailer. Looks awesome. Really like how they have Shepherd kicking ass James Bond style in a citadel suit. The new SMG seems interesting. And also, is it me, or does she seem like a human version of Tali if she was an infiltrator?

Nice! Looks like we can actually use our weapons in our casual (or formal) ware this time!

this is BS. basically you're saying since you're getting screwed you might as well smile about it. genuine support is fixing game-killing bugs or putting back in options (hi. the engine has the capability of weapon hotkeys). this is fluff. it's not an issue of cost, it's an issue of propriety. before encrypted compression, modders produced unbelievable amounts of content of equal or higher quality (have you seen jack's sunglasses?daong wrote...

two other ingrediants besides time and resources are creativity and inspiration. you think they intentionally left out some great ideas and are going to include them as DLC? really? and what's their inspiration? from EA's point of view, like with movies, the point of greatest sales has happened. the rest is maintainting just enough interest from the consumers so they get a steady trickle of nearly 100% profit from the content-starved masses. if their competition were the amateur texturers, animators, and scripters lying in wait for access to the toolshed, no one in their right mind would care about the DLC since there'd be more content of equal or better quality (again, full-game NPCs with VA notwithstanding). look at DAO and understand how many people bought WK before they realized there was a free mod with the storage chest. nearly all of the complaints about WK were based on no usability after completion (scripting in a few texture changes would have at least made it as useful as an inn) and the storage chest. they don't sell nearly as many WK if that mod is universally known of since many bought it thinking it was the only way to keep all their stuff.
no, i'm not going to rejoice at being charged for something me and many others can and have produced for free and for fun.
