Okay, i feel as though i've done something stupid here. I was travelling to do the caravan down mission for the chantery in Redcliffe, and i came across a battle whilst on the way, with that assassin guy who then joins you.

Anyway, after completing that battle, i then went on and saved it, not realising how hard the mission i was on my way to do actually was!

So anyway, after the battle, i leave the area and carry on automatically travelling to the mission destination...when i get there, my whole party basically gets their arse's kicked EVERY single bloody time. I'm getting fed up with it now, and it's not like i can just re-load and come back to it later as i saved my game whilst basically travelling here...

I wish there was some way you could cancel your destination or something...i'd rather skip this mission and do something else for now.

I'm worried i may actually have to start again :-( as there is no way i can kill these creatures...i even put the difficulty on easy for it, but still no luck.

Any ideas would be helpful

hahah I showed up to that mission thinking Id be okay also.. but its definitely above scale against your party abilities.. unless you are very very good and have CC mage with you. My Party got rocked by the Orange emissary.

I feel for you. Lesson learned for all RPG games: Save early, save often, and save using multiple save names. Quicksave is NOT the only save you should have.

Hmmm. I really shouldn't have started this mission so early on should i? Dammit.



I'm tempted to start again anyway...



I do like my character, she's a rogue...but i think a warrior is something i'd like to try out, as they're tough and it might be a little easier, as they have better weapons/armour etc...



Then on my 2nd play through maybe be a rogue.



I'm gutted tbh. I feel like i've wasted 2 full days of playing!

I've done it!!!



I don't kow how - but i managed to do it quite easily!



I let Allistair go up and fight and left the others firing from range. Did it first time after picking it back up to have a go.
