Yeah for me too. For my human noble, I figure it will be more fun and dramtic to drag him around on my adventures making him help me with my goals then kill him outright.
I will make him a Warden too if I can.

Emphasis on offspring. Sorry but he really didn't do anything to you.
Well until he went all "you killed my father. Prepare to die !" on you, at least...
So, huh... no, you are not justified at all in your mindless vengeance-thing.
He's furious and most likely wants me dead for killing his father, the man who butchered my character's entire family. I feel a little justified for the murder.

I assumed the Wardens were already rebuilding, you just showed up to be an example and overseer the construction.

Nathaniel Howe is a dead man. Why do I have the feeling that most people who play a human noble PC will off him if they get an opporunity?
I thought about that possibility but I'm hoping more that he's coming looking for a chance to prove that he, at least, is an honourable man and, if you're playing as a HN, looking to redeem himself in their eyes and show he's greater than his father.
Of course, if he turns out to be a jerk, this Queen of Ferelden has no compunctions about giving him a room right next to Anora's.
Like I said before...if he seems to be a carbon copy of Rendon Howe, my Couslands won't let him live long. heh

Or maybe just turn him over to Avernus.

Is that girl Delilah Howe? As in the one who has a crush on the Noble Male at the beginning of the game?
I can picture it now:
HN: "Sup dude. Yes, I stole your families lands, stole all of your wealh, murdered your father, killed your friends, exiled your mother, and banged your sister. Wanna fight some Darkspawn?"
NH: "You bastard!"

The vindictive part of me wants to take Nathaniel under my wing. After all, wouldn't the greatest insult to Howe be to turn his own progeny to my service?

You're putting too much thought into it. A knife to the gut and problem solved.
My male and female nobles are vengeful bastards that don't enjoy being betrayed so all Howe's are as good as dead when I come across them.

Pity he isn't romanceable. Would be a drama worthy of TV if the HuNoble female got together with him.
More of a drama if you were queen of Ferelden. ;O

I'm sure there's going to be a "SLAP IN THE FACE" option.

I'm a HNM and I spared Nathaniel. Talk to him a bit, even before you decide and you'll figure out the right way to do things.
Also, you can tell him rather straight up about what that bastard Rendon did...^%#^#^ deserved every bit of the death dealt him.

Do you actually get specific dialogue about what happened in the HN Origin with him?
Well damn, now I need to actually finish a HN playthrough it seems.
