I have ADD,  I can't really get the keybored part down because i have memory issues do to lack of focus.
Any ways, i stole my girlfriends ps3 controller and installed the drivers but yea.  Obviously the game cant support the controller but do they make a patch or something?

I'd really like to play this game.  Although i wont be able to unless i have a controller of some sort that i can hold and feel so it the button pressing registeres in my brain.

any help out there?

Erm, doubtful. The console versions of the game use a crappy radial menu system that is nothing like the PC interface

Stan, almost everything you need to do in basic gameplay can be handled by the mouse. You won't really need to use the keyboard for anything, for the most part. There are menus and quickslots, but they can all be accessed with just a click of the mouse. I understand ADD as I have a niece who's ADHD, but she has no problem with basic point and click.  The only thing you really need to use the keyboard for is to pause, so put your left-hand fingers over the space bar and use your right hand to control the mouse.  You should be just fine.  :)

You might have better luck rigging a 360 controller since they're Windows compatible by default... but the real issue, as Sloth points out, is the two versions have different menu design. So even if you could get one to work somehow, you still wouldn't have the radial menus, etc. In the long run, it'd probably be a lot harder than just trying to work with the keyboard controls. It's alot to learn at first, especially if you're used to gamepads, but it'll become like second nature.

Also, as Janni pointed out, almost everything can be done via the mouse. You can even hold down both buttons to run. The only thing you'll ABSOLUTELY need the keyboard for (aside from pausing) is to hit TAB to highlight interactive objects/loot.
