I WAS planning to actually get all the achievements for Assassins Creed 2, but since the day I got my copy of Mass Effect 2, I didn't insert any other game-disks in my Xbox360 other than ME2 disk1 and ME2 disk2. ;-) I haven't even touched Assassins Creed 2 anymore since February 28th. ^^;

Been trying to beat that game for a year and ME2 is making it harder to.

Now I've got nothing, and the guys at the game store think I'm a regular, I'm there pretty much once a week.

Bioshock 2. I had preordered that game and everything...I played it for maybe 2 hours before I went back to ME2

The first game blew too.
And I don't mean pretty bubbles.

Hey, I loved the first one. I hope to devote some time to beating the second one as well

First one had horrible writing, I figured out the two plot twists early and stopped playing. The whole steampunk under the see thing was not novel enough for me. Jules Verne did that crap 150 years ago, so let's not act like it's something new.

I guess that ignorance is bliss then. I never saw it coming, and loved the 1st game.Mallissin wrote...

The second had better gameplay, had nice characters and all, but the story could never follow the first. It still was a fun game for me though. But after I finished it I did a 2nd ME2 playthrough.

So, you never suspected that the guy with a cheesy foreign accent and a suspicious name (Atlas, really?) that met you at the entrance wasn't up to something? Knew he was the bad guy from the start. When I got to Ryan and Fontaine discarded the accent, I decided the game wasn't worth finishing. Too many cliches for me.
Anyway, I bought it on Steam and it was the first game purchase in awhile that I wanted to return or sell, yet I couldn't do either. Really pissed me off. I think a year or two later I got bored and finished the game, just to get it out of the way. No way in hell I'm playing the sequel.

I expected DA:O to me ME with swords and shields. Which would have been awesome. I kind of hope that they switch it over to more of that style for DA2, whenever that comes out, but I know it isn't going to happen, which is a shame. I'd live a sword and sorcery title with the same sort of gameplay ME2 has.

Not a video game, but my Warhammer 40K army. I go to several big north american tournies every year, and I've got nothing finished for next month! I get like an hour of painting in and then play ME2 for the remainder of my free time(until the wife steals the TV). It's worth it though.
Going to Adepticon?
Well, after playing through 4 times I figured I had enough- until the hammerhead and Kasumi come out.
Yes, Crusade Era Emperor's Children.
