Was doing Ozarmmar quests on my 2nd playthrough, so i do as usual, get all the quests first, then do them later.

So i get the quest about that dwarf willing to go to the Circle.  After i decide to go get the Jarvia serie started in Dust Town, so get there and encounter the guy doing Lyrium contreband, he ask me to deliver a bunch of them to Godwin at the Circle Tower.

I go to the Circle tower, upon entering i talk to Irving and tell him about the Dwarf gets it's approval, quest update, i move to the 2nd floor to talk to Godwin to do the Lyrium delivery, complete quest, get back down to the 1st floor and what do i see at the bottom of the stairs, that Dwarf Girl ?

So i talked to her and she act like she's still in Ozarmar and thank me about getting her accepted in the Circle and says she has to go get her pack ready to leave.  After the conversation i get the quest completed and she just disappear. 

Anyway i get back to Ozarmar to get my reward for delieving the Lyrium and what do i see, that Dwarf Girl standing at her original spot, i go to talk to her, expecting something like she's about ready to go but NO.  I talk to her and she's like WOW, That Circle place is so awesome, thanks for helping me.....

So she move from Ozarmar to the Circle without permission and now that she get it, she's back in Ozarmar..

Anyway happened on the Xbox 360, fully patched game with all the DLC.
