I've noticed a surge of spam topics. I chalked it up to more people getting interested in DA:O with Awakenings coming out and the popularity of ME2.

Bottom right corner of the screen there is a language selection menu, change it to english. Same thing happened to me a few weeks back.

Sort of a glitch. Bioware has "leet" as an official language choice for the forums. Sometimes the forums magically change your language settings without asking you. Now enjoy....
