I read that the Viper is better for Shepard but Incisor is better for squad. How do I get the Incisor by the way?

I thought I read somewhere that is was a preorder bonus weapon. Not sure for which though to be honest.

You don't unless you buy the digital collector's edition for PC, which seems like an odd choice since you don't get the cool box or the comic, or the art book.   As a loot addict with a 360 I've tried to get it for some time and its not possible.

There is some speculation that it might come out as DLC at some point.

You do get the comic and art book as PDFs.

If you end up purchasing the digital collectors edition for the PC and tie it to the same account you used on the Xbox you can then download it to your Xbox as well. I ended up doing that since I like playing the game on both formats. Getting the Incisor on the Xbox was just a bonus.
