The ability to bluff at cards hardly qualifies as a base for winning a fight.  Shepard is a much better combatant than Han Solo will ever been.  If there is piloting however involved I think Han would win.  Shepard has never really been shown to be able to fly a ship. Thats why we have Joker.

And if Han gets to have a sidekick, so does Shepard.  Garrus would snipe the fuzzball from across the room.

Gotta agree with GothamLord. On the ground, Shepard is unbeatable, tearing through entrenched soldiers like they were nothing. In the air, Han would blast Shepard out of the sky before you can say "a parsec isn't a unit of time."

But Han doesn't have a machine gun, biotic powers, an omni-tool, armour, or personal shields. So...not much of a contest, really.

Again, I have commented on this shooting first crap of an argument. It doesnt hold any water as someone DID just that to Shepard and it bounced off his shields. Shepard would then proceed to stomp Solo into the ground.



Han needs to get the combat into a ship. It is the only way he would win.

Solo wins. After all, he made general by the OT's third installment. Shepard is still commander in ME#2. Plus that over-powered blaster of his will blow through any kinetic or biotic barrier. Though it does have trouble with sith gloves...

I doubt the Rebel Alliance is anywhere near the size of the Alliance in Mass Effect. General is also any army rank while Commander is navy. The promotion rate is vastly different between the two branches of military. Besides rank hardly determines one on one combat ability.

you all doubt shepard as a really an incarnation of andrew jackson, the number five on the most badass presidents of all time, so it wouldn't even matter if han shot first.  fools.  

besides, han is too busy being distracted by that hair ball of a friend.  shepard has no friends anymore, only love interests.
