Depends on the fight, I suppose.
Gun-wise? Very tough call.
Smart-talk-wise?? VERY tough call...

Han would try and shoot first, but Shepard would make a renegade interrupt.
Nah Han would shoot first, and quizzically ask what the hell Shep was doing. He was tabbed out reading whether shooting Han would exclude him from scrogging Tali later.
I counter with being an xbox user, and thus not needing alt-tab.

There would be not fight. Only a stolen Normandy and a grounded shepard.

Gotta agree with GothamLord. On the ground, Shepard is unbeatable, tearing through entrenched soldiers like they were nothing. In the air, Han would blast Shepard out of the sky before you can say "a parsec isn't a unit of time."
In the air, then it would be between Joker and Han. That would be interesting.

Han has Chewbacca as co-pilot. Joker has EDI. Joker for the win. Now EDI vs. Chewie. I think Chewie would beat her mainframe to dust.

Shepard might be a trained Alliance soldier, but Han Solo has had a lifetime's experience in not dying as well, and that without biotics, shields or any other tricks Shepard uses, like conveniently placed crates for cover in every combat zone. Which is why Shepard would've ran from the stormtroopers as well. No crates in that whole Death Star!
And to top it off, Han Solo doesn't even have a top notch military space vessel, but manages to outmaneuver the Imperial Navy in a flying bucket of bolts held together by duct tape and prayers. If that isn't awesome then what is?

Yes, because the hand behind a video game plot is going to fight the 3rd largest plot armored figure in Star Wars.

No vs. threads, please. Each character has the power of plot, and the writer of the fight would determine who wins and how. There is no real objective way to compare the two since they belong to two different universes.
End of line.
End of line.
