I have posted my problem five times and my postings disappear. Obviously I shall have to return mass effect 2, for thier must be a coverup concerning the game running under windows 7.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) and it runs perfectly fine. What are your PC specs?

I'm running the game on Windows 7 Home Basic, and it works with no problems.

I replied to your last post, and i'm guessing it didn't help?
i run on windows 7 64 bit home premium fine, so it seems to be a personal problem you have.

Try going into your Options/key bindings and set the use/cover/sprint button to what ever you want. For whatever reason the key binding that appears on screen ie "press enter to use" is always the default.

Just try changing your key binding to a different key other than space bar and see if that works.

If there has been no attempt to alter the key choices, then the question is a Tech Problem, still is off topic, and almost certainly, caused by attempting to run the game with either extremely Low Qualiy hardware (probably an onboard video chip), or else the Direct3D graphics APIs are totally corrupted as related to the video drivers and the game's graphics.

This is the OP's fourth message, all the same, just slightly altered topic lines, all off topic, and the answer was posted in the first one of the four:

It seems that the above was accurate, and the OP gave up, never acknowledging his / her mistake, nor asking for assistance with an upgrade.Gorath Alpha wrote...
