Forgive me if this is in the wrong area, but, after pre-ordering Awakening a few weeks ago, I figured I'd refresh myself buy buying all the DLC for Origins today.

I had originally finished the game and survived by preforming "a dark ritual with Morrigan", however, after downloading everything and getting on to my main PC again, I got the acheivement that I would of obtained for sacrificing myself, which I did not do.

Is this going to affect anything I do during Awakening?

No, because achievements are tied to the profile not the character, so it shouldn't affect anything. No idea why it happened though.
