I'm not sure if this has been done before but I see no recent topics about it. I'm bored and got thinking about this topic for some reason.
What kind of music from the present day do you think the ME characters would like?
Samara, Thane, Miranda and Kaidan would like classical I think.
Jack,Grunt, and maybe Jacob would like rap or metal of some kind.
Wrex would like really epic war movie score kind of music.
Ashley strikes me as maybe a country or alternative kind of woman.

Any other ideas?

Grunt would be into Viking Metal, Because it's all about going into battle and killing.

I see Jack as more of an industrialist than a metalhead; early NIN, Ministry, Throbbing Gristle, Coil and Skinny Puppy.

And I think Garrus probably is a closet jazz fiend with a big stack of Miles Davis albums hidden away behind his calibration console.

Garrus- probably soft music, like blues or jazz

Thane- classical
