Hey all...

After checking out my own Shepard's as well as others at www.masseffect2faces.com and seeing how some Shepard's are similar in appearance (including my own), I ran up some tables for the available options in both ME1 and ME2, primarily so I could create as many different Shepard's as possible that suited their alignment.

If anyone is interested, I have put up the tables I now use over at PhotoBucket.

Feel free to print these babies out and have fun with your Shepard Creation.

Dont forget to check out the ME2 Faces Database at http://www.masseffect2faces.com/ as well... There are some freaky Shepard's out there.

Enjoy

... Just some tables to visually show the Code options used when making your Shepard.

What's the point of this?

It's evident that each bit of the code corresponds to a slider bar, and you can see the changes to the code right there when you're making your character.

Are they supposed to be checkboxes? Like "I've used these eyes?"

Well. If you know what each part of the code corresponds to, you can copy a face code and make adjustments using the table to create another face out of it. Then when time comes to make that character, you've already done most of the work and only need to make final adjustments in game.

Also, if you compare face codes of some of the faces on masseffect2faces.com, you may note that many share similarities, whether because people are basing their faces on the work of others, or they independently arrived at similar conclusions on what looks good. Seeing the common elements of face codes you like, you might be able to determine what it is about the code that makes the face work so well.

For example, there are many female faces that use Head Shape 7, Eye Shape 8, Nose Shape 6.
