EA has no reliable CSRs,  I don't think they will ever get any either.

I spoke with online chat this morning, this is part of the conversation:



Rick: I have checked and found that your order is placed correctly.

Rick: The game is still no released yet.

Rick: Please try downloading the game after 10 A.M CST.

: Okay, will it show up in the EADM, or will I need to find a link at the website?

Rick: It will show up in EA download manager after the release.





So looking for it to show up on my EADM in about 30 more minutes...

It's actually already 10:14 CST

Yeah, I just noticed the time site I went to showed me the time for Mexico City.
Very odd.

Just spoke to EA on the phone. They said it will be available at noon CST which is 1pm EST. I only ordered through them because their CSR said it would be available at midnight, which obviously was untrue.

It's because USA changed daylight savings  time last Sunday

Order Status still says Pending, which is strange.

The XBox version is available for download (and has been for an hour or so at least), but no sign of PS3 or PC yet?? That is weird.

Mine is still pending as well, imagine it's not fully completed till it's available for download.   First time I've ever pre-ordered a digital download before, so I may not be right.

And not suprised that no one knows the exact time.  Gotta love being customer support.  Oh well, couple of hours to do things.

like i said, 10 PST is 1 EST i guess Central time would be 12 and Mountain time would be 11.

I haven't been able to log onto the ea online store since last night, but I can log onto EADM just fine - it keeps saying that my password is invalid which is funny because I was just playing Bad Company 2 using the same account.

1 hour and 15 mintues to go, though.

having same problem with EA website but spoke to customer service and they said will be released on downloader for pc in 47 minutes....

In about 30 minutes all I expect is to be able to start downloading DAA through EADM with my product code handy. If that does not happen, I'll know what I'll need to do.

Downloading will do me no good. I do not have any product code yet. If I click on my invoice at the store all I get is an error message. I should have learned after the ME 2 fiasco. Well I have given them enough chances. No more buying from EA store for me, if I can not get the game today.

I noticed I don't have my digital rights key either.  I ordered this morning.  But the order went through, and I got the confirmation e-mail without the code.  Hope they send it when they activate the download manager.
