I noticed I don't have my digital rights key either.  I ordered this morning.  But the order went through, and I got the confirmation e-mail without the code.  Hope they send it when they activate the download manager.

I got the download and key update on the site. So if EA store site works for you, should be updated now.

Edit: Got e-mail confirming all that now too.  So yeah.

EADM has done that to me before, and says that for me too as well.  But I don't recall it being an issue.  I could be wrong.  Regardless, the code did work on the forums here, so it's probably just a weird glitch.

Well, it doesn't pop up in the download tab for me, either, and I wonder if that's why.

This is kind of annoying. Tuesdays are my day off, darn it, I'd like to be able to play today!

ETA - aha! If you log out of the DM (by closing the tab with your account name, it doesn't work if you just close the program) and then signing back in, the queu refreshes, and DAO:A shows up. Or, at least, it worked for me......

It didn't come up on the download manager for me at first.  I had to go through the site, and click the link from there.  So if you can log in on the site, I'd get it from there.

EADM automatically recognizes that your key is actually yours, so no need to register it through EADM =)
You still need to register your game on both EA and Bioware websites, if you like.

Hehe I was about to type this fix for it. Had the same issues.Logged out and right back in and now downloading.

Are you in NA?International releases won't be sent until that country's official release date.

That said , to reiterate a tip from earlier or if you have not gotten the email yet (or got it and had issues), goto
eastore.ea.com and log into customer support.

Once there check your order history under 'Order Details' - you should see the purchase and the download link.

To be clear - using the key in EADM won't work since it isn't a retail product and the key is already associated with your account. Simply click on the EADM link, allow it access (you'll get a popup depending on security settings) and let her rip.

So far download speeds are faster than I expected for a launch day. Getting around 1MB/sec and at that rate the download comes in in little less than an hour!

Ok, step by step for you hermano:

1. Goto: http://eastore.ea.com/

2. Next to the search bar you will see customer service, click on that.

3. You will then be prompted (if you weren't already) to login.

4. Once at the customer support site (http://help.eastore.com/) look under main body of the page (right of left nav) and under ORDER DETAILS click on "View recent order history and purchase details"

5. You should then be taken to the order history page, see awakening and a green link that says "Download now with EA Download Manager "

NOTE: This will only appear if you purchased it while logged in with your EA account, and are logged in while viewing order history.

Hope this helps... if you aren't seeing it yet = what always makes me scary about this EA/Bioware system - I sometimes get password incorrect errors though the password is right, and I always fear something will go wrong and my ea/bware account wont get credited. Never happens... but yeah, hope you don't have any issues many. Dealing with CSRs can be a real itch.

Right so i registered the game on biowares site, have the key from EA, yet no download available on the eadm or the ea website
