look at the end of the day its not about her dying,its about not having the choice to replay it and not have her die.ohgren dying would have been far better such as i am now replaying the ending of originas because the queen rules alone and alistair is in exile and i never really wanted that in my heart,so i feel the need to go back and remake history by either having them both rule together or alistair becomes king period.the main thing is I CAN go back and make ground breaking changes whereas in this DA:OA dlc pffft,I cant do anything about Mhairi dying and it sucks.
For the price you payed for Awakening you don't get nowhere near as deep game as origins and you payed the same,were it a 560 point DLC (should have been imho) I prolly wouldnt be whining as much.I dont like dwarves,elves dont do anything for me,Oghren was only every used when the game forced me to and theres a serious lack of good chars in theis "lol" expansion I mean look,Anders only just gets through but no real need for him because of Velanna,my god TWO dwarves,sigrun woulda sufficed and by looking ionto the code it seems the chars were pretty much going to get the full monty and romances but never did,it was rushed,forces out,corners cut.
I will be playing the "addon" but if ever there was any hope of modding the game to resurrect Mhairi,I'll defo be using it,plus it seems theres some endscene which refers to the wardens search for Morrigan,so Ill have to finish it,prolly why no romancing allowed eh?

You still haven't explained how Mhairi surviving the Joining would make any sense whatsoever. The choice of who to put on the throne (you and Anora, Anora by herself, Anora and Alistair, Alistair by himself, or you and Alistair) are all perfectly plausible as the pair both have the political backing to become King and just need you to settle it since Eamon asks you to and he figures you'll be on his side.
Maybe I could see Mhairi living by you refusing to let her take the Joining but since the whole reason she came was to be a GW I can't see her sticking around to fight with you if you won't let her. It's nice to have choice but not at the expense of making the game make any sense at all, which choosing the right dialogue options or being asked to choose who dies during it out of the three people drinking from the chalice would do.

absolutely its because shes a chick,and the only human chick to be in your team,remember we just came out of origins romancing two chicks,its the done thing same as in mass effect into a addon that has none of it all of a sudden.i did actually play a bit further into the game and it was only when i realised Mhairi WAS the only human chick that spent time in the team i wanted to resurret her of change desisions if i could to have her in the crew.
but nooo!!! i get the goofy mage,a totally uninteresting rogue howe,the stupid dwarf back i could care jack about ,no dog,another less than totally useless elf,lets face it zevran was completely useless and a cowardly turncoat,at least valenna is useful,justice i havent seen yet but he does look cool and sigrun who is just tolerable.
also you cannot compare Mhairi with jordy or daveth because lets not forget how mhairi was advertised as a new companion in an extravaganza of publicity where as they were not and also take into consideration we were being sold the dlc lol,as vets of DA:O so i rest my case...

Since you can't romance anyone what's it matter there is no human female? And it's clear that this isn't about 'choices' unless you'd also be ****ing if you couldn't save Oghren but it's about racism against fictional species.

I'm not calling you a racist over fictional characters because that would be ridiculous. You keep complaining about the presence of elves and dwarves which is judging them by their race which is, btw, racism.
