Sorry you don't like a game you have never played. Rest assured that the rest of us who do get it will enjoy it for it's own values.

The moment you create your own game that is better than Bioware's then you have the right to talk. And I'm not referring to modding it, I mean Bioware f***ing gave you the tool set for that. You **** about it because you are SOOOOOOOOOO disappointed in Bioware for not making it perfect for you. Fact is, it's a damn fine game that is an extension of Dragon Age's Stellar Universe. You don't like it, that's your loss. Don't buy it. I could care less.
So stop being a petulant child and respect this for what it is. It's not perfect but it's better than damn near everything on the market right now. I'm not about to sit here and listen to a damn word you have to say when you haven't even played it yet.

Seriously you going to ****, at least provide evidence that you played the game and provide specific events that you did not like.
I am not buying this game either untill it drops down in price. Not because i dont like the expansion but because compared to Dawn of War II expansion and a few other games, it did not stack up. This doesnt mean its a bad game, just means they should of put more effort into it.

You all are pathetic. How about you go create a game from the ground up. How about you create loads of dialogue for this game. How about you go create your own world where you can **** and moan all the time. Don't like it, FINE. That doesn't mean anyone, anywhere cares what you have to say.

As my evidence i will submit the fact that DOW 2 expansion is entirely standalone, features chaos + imperial guard. As well as giving players more units for each race. In comparison to a add on expansion the size of Tales of the sword coast or Throne of Baal (big but not as extensive).

I also don't know how to knit a sweater, but I know a piece of garbage sweater when I see it. If I don't like something, I will complain about it. I neither smell, nor sound, nor look like a sheep.

Nerd raging BIG time, but he does have a pretty damn good point. Modders have been given one hell of a big toolset, it's at their disposal, but nothing even comes close to the size or quality of awakening.
Kind of sick of these people who have no idea of what goes into making a game claiming they have any idea the work that goes into this kinda stuff.
I went to college for game design, two years and I got the hell out of that program. Jesus making games is f*in hard!

Proof is in the pudding and only having play 2 - 3 hours of Awakenings last night I still enjoyed it and yes all of us could suggest a million things we'd like different but it is just an expansion!!!!!
Just an expansion at retail price...
But yeah im not getting into this again. It's overpriced and most of us agree. I'll leave it at that.

Watching fanboys blindly defend mediocrity is always entertaining. Just how stupid do people have to be to defend cutting corners and rushing crap out especially at the price of a full release? Its people like that why Corporations laugh at the idiots and keep pumping out garbage, they know people are stupid enough not only to accept it, but to also defend it.
And conversely, watching people descend into hysterics over stuff that isn't really that major doesn't really speak volumes as to the level of reason on the forum.
I mean, the full price release isn't all that defendable. But not everyone actually has to pay that level of price. That whole argument is moot in the UK, for example. It's £15 over here.
