I have come to the conclusion that I am nowhere near skilled enough to use the toolset. 
So know I must ask. 

Can someone make

a preset face of the main character from the scared ashes trailer? 

Also if you could make just the facial tat and the hair style that would frelling rock!

character creator != toolset.

Just pick up noble human and play with the settings.

Try the morph editor. It is just like the character creator but with a lot more flexibility. I bet you could get something pretty close.

I agree with satanicfirewraith, it'd be nice to have the face from the promo vids as a preset in the creator, or at least access to a matching hairstyle and face tat.

The promo video wasn't made with the in-game cutscene editor, so it may not be possible to get an exact match. But as FalloutBoy suggests, take a look at the face morph editor in the toolset. It's one of the easier parts of the toolset to play around with and can produce some fun results.
