I sent a message to support asking the same thing thir morning when this whole debacle started It's been a loooong time since I sent that. I suspect they're hoping that if they wait long enough, I'll have the game and forget about complaining (<spoiler>I won't</spoiler>)

well, the game is installed for me, but the "Other Campaign", or what ever it's called, is greyed out for me. So I can't import an old character.

I did a verify game with STEAM and it's recovering 2 things, that might solve it?

Released in Australia on Steam - FINALLY!!! Grr.

Honestly, it's not like it had to be air-freighted in. It's the same digital 0s and 1s that combine into a game for the people in NA as in Australia. (And my husband saw it on shelves at EBGames - which WAS air-freighted in, I'm guessing!!! Digital download can't keep up with an airplane?!) What was the reason for making us wait? Australian Game classification board or whatever it's called???

(The up-side: I have a day off today!!! So I get start playing now and be ahead of my hubby in the game )
