Femshep with a custom face, Paragon. Romanced Liara in ME1, and stayed loyal to her throughout ME2.
My Maleshep, default face, is also a Paragon. He also romanced Liara in ME1--Ashley just has too much attitude. But in ME2, which I am playing through with him now, he is looking foward to romancing Tali.
Who do you consider to be YOUR Shepard?

EDIT:
My Shepard removed. Came to realize I'm not 100% certain who I want him to be.

*My* Shep is custom femShep (got her as close to looking like me as I could), Earthborn, Sole Survivor Paragade Vanguard because it suits me best. Biotics are great, but nothing beats Charge + shotgun to the face. I like charging in to rescue my crew, what can I say. Especially Kaidan!
I'm nice to almost everyone IRL, but I cannot stand jerks and have a short fuse.
I have a real hard time getting into my other Sheps as much. I'll play them through to see what happens, but my main Shep is the one I connect with.

Name: German Shepard.
Psych Profile: Paragade.
Pre Military Service: Earthborn
Military Background: War Hero
ME1 LI Liara
No ME2 LI didn't really like any of them (other than Samara). Did the almost romance with her on a Shepard that doesn't have an ME1 LI to see if you can start it up for real in an expansion or ME3.

My main Shepard is a paragon infiltrator, male, but I will go with some of the renegade interrupts. (Punches reporter in face) He is a war hero and a spacer, and looks angry (all my characters look angry, I don't know why).

Female, Vanguard, Paragon. Tweaked her for ME2 to have smaller, rounder, cuter features, changed her hair color. Figured Vanguard was a nice mix of combat and "magic" skills (seeing that Biotics are sort of this game's equivalent of magic). It was also a nice class for a beginner to play as, I think.

She was based off....gonna probably sound like I'm missing a few marbles here, but you could call her my avatar for a world I created in my mind. XD Pretty much every game I've ever played that involves customizing a character, I've always started with her.

Mine's an earthborn, sole survivor, male Vanguard, about 60:40 renegade/paragon. Saved the rachni queen, saved the council, bonked Liara in the first game, then Miranda in the second. Generally will try to stop people from killing in revenge, is against interspecies racism, but also tends to get in the face of authority figures, especially when they question his choices (hence the renegade/paragon mix - nice to friends, jerk to everyone else.) Does not ever help Cerberus any more than necessary. With hindsight, thinks he should've let the council fry for being unsupportive incompetents.
He's pretty much modeled after me, looks, choices, and name.

Male Infiltrator, Earth-born Sole Survivor, "Paragade"/Neutral - not that I was going for it, but in both games I had something like 2/3 Paragon to 1/3 Renegade decisions, maybe slightly more than a third on the Renegade side, but still mostly a good guy.
Generally I tried to help those in need, but the less demanding situations - like those humans with a baby on the Citadel, or the Quarian on Omega - I tried to resolve quickly and not be bothered by, given the scale of the story. When I could, I was a good guy and helped as best I can - I saved everyone on Feros, for example, and aided them on Illium.
Mercs, enemies, thugs etc. - totally ruthless against them, very rarely did I spare anyone. I was also mostly pro-Renegade when "tutoring" Garrus and in the way I handled Conrad in Mass Effect - though I was more polite to him in the sequel, seeing shoving a gun to his face doesn't help at all...

Female Paragon Infiltrator, Spacer/Sole Survivor; romanced Liara, spared everyone who could be spared. Black hair, blue eyes, only thing I changed when I ported her to ME2 was shaving her head (cuz I figure the Lazarus Project would have kept it that way in case of emergency brain surgery
)

Male Soldier. Colonist/Sole Survivor. Bi-polar in decision making. Everyone lived in suicide mission. Romanced Ashely, she was mean to me in ME2 so I went with Tali.
