Hi all,
Now that Awakening is released, we'd like to encourage you all to specify which installment of Dragon Age you are posting about in your subject line.
If you are posting about the core game, please begin your post with (Origins)
If you are posting about Awakening, please begin your post with (Awakening)
If you are posting about DLC content, please add (Return to Ostagar), (Stone Prisoner), or (Warden's Keep)
This will help people who have not finished a particular part of the game avoid spoiler information if they want to.
Thanks!

Goo idea. Doesn't look like anyone else cares though.

1st If these people (your purposely vague term?) wish to avoid reading spoilers then they are in the wrong forum.
2nd If BioWare seriously expects us to place tags onto our post then they could at least add a tick box to make the process as convenient as possible… no not every one would use it but some of us might.

Wanting to discuss spoilers about origins doesn't mean that they want to discuss spoilers about awakenings. Considering the Orlesian Warden option, the opposite may also be true.ussnorway wrote...

Not everyone who has beaten one has beaten the other.

Or they could just ask you to spend two seconds typing some letters on the end/beginning of your post. I'm sure most of us here are rolling over 60 WPM typing speeds. That means it should take roughly one extra second to do this.
It's not difficult, and not something you should complain about. I'm not even sure why they left this thread open/the process open to discussion.

They should probably start enforcing it with locks, and if that doesn't work--warnings and even temp bans. Annoying a few thread starters with 'draconian' enforcement is preferable to annoying whatever number of their users haven't beaten both games yet.

Victor, perhaps it would be a good idea to add this to the forum functionality. Make it a requirement in order to post for certain forums that you tag your post appropriately (could use a "pull-down menu" as an example).

Perhaps it would be nice to get rid opf all the site bugs, add the expand/contract options so those who don't like ME2 are not forced to have ME forums on top of everything just like gud ol' BioBoards, stop the "you have updates" for deleted blogs entries that we no longer subscribe but the updates keep poping up, among several other site bugs.
I've never entered a "spoiler" section without knowing what I was doing, usually after a search and if no matches there, then a post of my own asking for help with that which is not found in the search, unless I wanted to be spoiled, of course.
And to add the tag to forum functionality would mean that there are people still working on the site which doesn't appear to be true. BTW, when will it leave the BETA stage?

That would no doubt confuse our less-than-stellar userbase.TolaGarf wrote...
