Could someone who already has the game and is playing as the new Orlesian Warden reveal what the 'default world state' for this character is? I mean:  What 'decisions' are assumed to have been taken place in 'Origins'?
It seems the 'Ultimate Sacrifice' and 'Alistair is King of Ferelden" are a given. But what other epilogue outcomes are assumed for the Orlesian Warden? Like for example: Who rules Dwarves? Did the Legion of the Dead join the fight against the Blight? What about Oghren and his love interest? Or are the first two the only things that get mentioned?

After a few hours as the Orlesian Warden the only thing that was revealed so far is that Alistair is king.and you run into Wynn and get a quest from her in Amaranthine. So having Alistair be king and siding with the mages over the templars in Broken Circle is the 'default' state of Ferelden. Not sure about other decisions.

Don't know. It's just Alistair leading a group of soldiers into Vigil's Keep after you repel the darkspawn attack at the start. It's not revealed if he's married or not.

If there is anything more known about this I'd like to know this too... I'm really wondering how fun Orlesian Warden is and what the status of the world would be playing as one.

Urr, I checked Amazon - Awakenings won't be delivered until next week. Sucks to be British. I have to avoid this forum now - no chat about Origins, just Awakenings spoilers. Meh...

I didn't play as the Orlesian Warden. However, nothing is said about who rules the dwarves, nothing is said about if the Legion of the Dead fights the Blight on the surface.

Seems since none reffer you as queen if you end up with Alistair in Origin.

Actually if you talk to the dwarf in Vigil's Keep (Can't remember his name; The one who makes the explosives), he says something about the king sending him and his brother. Since I picked Harrowmont, he said him. Someone playing an Orlesian should check it out and see who the default king is.

This is just a guess, but when I recruited Nathaniel Howe, Oghren warned that he might try to "pull a Zevran." I got along great with Zev in DAO, but I know it's possible for him to betray you if your approval is low enough, so it appears it might be making this assumption (that Zevran betrayed you) no matter what.

Yes, that would be very much appreciated!

The anvil of the void was destroyed according to Oghren. His sidequest was also completed since his new wife Felsi came in and argued with him. The explosive guy just said the king sent him instead of mentioning a name like he did on my human noble that chose Bhelen.

If your HNF chose to marry him and rule together, Alistair calls you "dear wife".  So this takes place after your marriage to him.

Ahaaaa! Thank you very much.

So, the 'Original Warden' did the following:
  • Ultimate Sacrifice
  • Made Alistair king
  • Sided with the magi
  • Destroyed the Anvil, and
  • Completed Oghren's quest

Hmm, I never got this quote on my run with my Warden. But then, I'd romance Zevran. So maybe it doesn't come up if the romance was active. Because then "pulling a Zevran" might have completely different conotations... Didn't Nathaniel even accuse Oghren of being an admirer at one point?

My Original Warden coincidendly did all of the above in Orgins (except the Ultimate Sacrifice... she lived).

My question is... I decided my Original Warden was "going to travel for a while" to hunt down Morrigan.  My intentions were to play the Orlesian Warden for Awakening.  So if I play Awakening, is somebody going to tell me my Original Warden died in the Ultimate Sacrifice?

I just want to know ahead of time before I start playing the Orlesian, and realize that I wasted a few hours of my life playing as the Orlesian and finding out that somehow I supposedly died in the Ultimate Sacrifice (when actually my Original Warden decided to travel abroad).

I'd much rather start a new character in Orgins and build my way up to use the Orlesian in a way that makes sense from a story point of view.

Can anybody confirm this, please?  I just want to make sure.  I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for anywhere else on the net (so far).

Thanks.

I doesnt matter what you say you will do in the end of the game, for it wont acknowledge it at all. I mean, they only decisions that really transfer through is who you picked as the dwarf and human king, what you did with the circle...and I think that is it.

When you play the Orlesian, everyone will assume that the original warden. They wont be like "Oh the warden is just traveling around, so your taking there spot!"

Not by name, it's just simply "King".
