The fact that you actually get the armor and weapons from companions automatically when they leave the party for good. Noticed with the HNF when getting to Ostagar ("How the crap did I get Studded Leather? Wait. Wasn't Eleanor wearing those? ...Oh.")Zaros wrote...
(SPOILER) The fact that Mhairi dies in the beginning of Awakening (had I known, I would've gone back and taken her armor and weapons, which is what I did to the other 2 recruits from the beginning of origins).

The tavern in Redcliffe I missed during the first few characters due to not being able to look up while running along.

It took me a few play throughs before I realized I didn't have to deal with the money grubbing Chantry matron to get Sten. Boy did I feel stupid when I finally tried to just unlock the cage and it worked.

Wow, am I the first one to discover it? It works on the Xbox at least. That's the version I am playing. You have to get as close as possible to the demon for maximum effect.

Alas, it doesn't do anything to demons in the PC version.

Follis2, just finished broken circle w/ my newest pc and can CONFIRM that the Litany of Adralla does in fact damage demons/wraiths/undead on the PS3 anyway. Thank you for this useful tid bit, as I am also trying my hand at a nightmare solo run.

The fact that you can compare items in a store to different characters by using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the list. I kept talking to a shopkeeper with a different character to compare all the options :-/ I think I made it through 60% of the game before I realized I could do that...

Untill 10 minutes ago i didn't knew you do NOT need to go to camp everytime you want to change partymembers. In some places you just have to click on the glowing party button on top of the HUD.
eight playthroughs and i never noticed that... ~grumblegrumblegrumble...~

There are two places you can switch in the Tower - where you meet Wynne and where you get the Litany. And in the Litany room, you can even swap Wynne out of the party, as I discovered by doing a "remove all."Feraele wrote...

Yup there is a place to do that in the Tower of the Magi, think you can only change out once though if its during the mission. Tried to lose Wynne once, didn't work ...not there anyway hehe.
Can switch party members at Frostback Mountains, Orzammar Commons and Diamond Quarter, Lake Calenhad... Redcliffe Village, don't remember the other places, but those are the main ones.
